Beyond Psychic is open 7 days per week from 1.00 pm GMT to 2.00 am of the following day.

Do I have to make an appointment for a consultation or reading?

No appointments necessary at Beyond Psychic, we work on a first come, first served basis within our normal working hours as stated above

Cost of psychic readings, specialist services consultations and training sessions

Beyond Psychic charges £1.00 per minute (20 minutes - £20.00, 30 minutes - £30.00 etc). This is the cost for psychic readings, specialist services consultations and training sessions. You can extend your psychic readings, specialist problem solving servives consultations and training sessions if you wish.

Do you operate a premium rate telephone readings service?

Beyond Psychic does NOT operate a premium rate line service, sorry. We feel they cause people financial hardship with hefty phone bills and often result in people having their phone service terminated which we view as unethical.

Do you offer email, Webcam or SMS readings?

Beyond Psychic does NOT offer email, webcam or SMS readings as we read from your voice as opposed to using psychic tools such as Tarot Cards, etc. We do not use any psychic tools whatsoever. We also prefer to read blind as opposed to face to face or on webcam, it enabkes us to get a stronger link with you and retains your privacy and also ours.

How do I pay for a psychic reading, specialist services consultation or a training session?

Beyond Psychic can take a payment over the phone from your credit or debit card or you can pay via bank transfer. We do not use PayPal because we view their charges as excessive and unfair.

Do you retain my credit or debit card information or data?

Beyond Psychic complies with UK trading laws and does NOT retain any of your credit or debit card information, we respect your privacy and financial security.

Do you offer refunds?

Beyond Psychic will issue a no quibble refund on any psychic reading, specialist services consultation or training session which does NOT exceed 5 minutes. We feel that it should become apparent that your reading, consultation or training session is not resonating with you within a 5 minute period but you must terminate the call within 5 minutes to obtain a full refund. NO Refunds will be given if you exceed 5 minutes.

Do you recordings of any psychic readings, specialist services consultations or training sessions?

Beyond Psychic sadly does not have the technical infrastructure to record any calls. We feel that in trhe case of psychic readings it is unwise to dwell on what comes through because we know that this often delays predictions coming to fruition. But we are happy for you to record training sessions if you have the means to do so but it is a legal requirement for you to inform us that you are recording the call from the onset.

Do you sell my information to any 3rd parties?

Beyond Psychic does NOT sell your information to any 3rd parties, we view this as completely unethical and unprofessional. So your data is completely safe with us.

Our rules on confidentiality

Beyond Psychic does NOT discuss or share information on you or have any 3rd parties listening in or in close proximity to us whilst we are engaged on a call with you. We are very strict on confidentiality so rest assured of 100% confidentialty.

What is the minimum age for using your services?

Beyond Psychic will only read for you if you are over 18 years od age, in line with UK laws.

Does Beyond Psychic offer refunds on specialist problem solving services or guarantee results?

Beyond Psychic cannot offer refunds on specialist problem solving services because you are also paying for the time we spend working hard for you, the work we do is often time intensive and comes with specialist advice which we have no way of ensuring is acted upon by you and if you don't follow advice given it could negatively impact on the work. A negative mindset on your part can also affect thwart the likelihood of us obtaining your desired outcome. But rest assured we will do all possible to obtain your desired outcome and we hope you will wor with us to help this happen. We want a positive outcome just as much as you do!

Do you help peoplke with mental health probems?

Beyond Psychic feels that it would be unethical to work with those of you who have serious mental health issues, because mental health issues can impair your judgement and decision making and we are too ethical to take advantage of this. We apologise for out stance on this but rest assured we do have your interests at heart and we care about you and respect you.

What sort of life or love problems can you help me with?

Beyond Psychic can help witjh all life and love problems, though our specialist area is in resolving love relationship problems, such as reuniting estranged love partners, resolving 3rd party issues such as love triangles, nuisance ex-partners, external impacing factors etc. No problem is too complex or too simple for us to take on.

Do you offer any concessions?

Beyond Psychic offers lots of amazing free gifts such as free astrological charts and helpful audios and e-books, which we will send out to you by email after your time with us on the phone, where appropriate.
